In Santiago we had to take advantage of "the last Pisco Sour". 
Hopefully it won't be our last but unless some one finds a shop that sells it I am afraid we will not be able to make any for you to try. We bought some in Peru before we left (duty free) but due to the strict nature of flying these days - Thank you terroritists!! - we had to flush it down the loo!! The reason for flushing it and not just handing it over to the kind New Zealand security officer? It was a really nice bottle (an expensive piece of glass - seeing as it is now empty) but nice all the same :)
The girls and Brodie and Brianna love their gifts :) - Chasely has taken hers for Show and Tell
I am currently sorting through our photos so let us know if you are interested in a 'viewing' - maybe Mum and Dad will have time for a slide show evening before they head off on their next travel adventure - 3 months around WA!! We look fwd to their blog!?...

We are in the process of selecting some of the photos for show and tell, so we can send copies to anyone who would like to see them. We can also send details of the itinerary etc. Heidi was the tour organiser extraordinaire. Her past travel experiences certainly came to the fore. She organised a truly amazing trip. An experience that will be remembered for a long time hence. Thank you Heidi
